We asked over 2,000 family members this very question, "What is your favourite family movie moment ever?".2 The number one spot was given to Harry Potter and the magical moment when he finds Platform 9 and ¾.1 The boy wizard’s discovery at King’s Cross station narrowly beat the enchanting London rooftop chimney sweep dance in Mary Poppins.

This timeless Disney classic was also named as the number one family movie which spanned the decades, entertaining grandparents and children alike. Shrek the animated comedy featuring the loveable green ogre, topped the family favourite poll, with Harry Potter in second place and the mishaps of Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone voted 3rd.
