Terms and Conditions

1. Pearl & Dean reserve the right to cancel the Film Club without notice.
2. The Pearl & Dean Film Club card remains the property of Pearl & Dean.
3. Only the cardholder is entitled to attend the Film Club. Additional proof of ID may be requested.
4. Failure to attend without providing notice, on more than 3 occasions, will effectively cancel your membership.
5. Pearl & Dean reserve the right to withdraw the card.
6. The card is non-transferable.
7. The card is only valid whilst the owner is a planner/buyer within a media agency and/or qualifies as a client of Pearl & Dean.
8. Eligibility of new members will be determined by Pearl & Dean.
9. Complimentary popcorn & drinks are at the discretion of Pearl & Dean.
10. Entrance is not guaranteed for late arrivals.
